They have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpmt.gouv.qc.ca\/fileadmin\/fichiers_cpmt\/Publications\/RA_emploi_personnes_handicapees_CCPH_CPMT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lower employment rate<\/a> than that of the general population (51.1% versus 79.3%) and more often hold precarious jobs (temporary, on-call or part-time) at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwh.on.ca\/plain-language-summaries\/canadians-with-disabilities-twice-as-likely-to-report-low-quality-employment-than-those-without-disabilities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">twice the rate<\/a> of the general population. Although their professional constraints vary, they share common challenges, including job searching, professional integration and work relationships. To promote inclusion, it is imperative to challenge prejudices and adapt certain practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Barriers that employers can address:<\/h3>\n\n\n\r\n<ul
